How do you know that you are wheat / gluten sensitivity? I know I'm not allergic to them, but I do feel bad lot, I "m trying to pass through the food I eat every day. (On doctor's advice) and I heard sensitivity. What are the signs of wheat / gluten sensitivity?
First, get all this from your system. Do not eat wheat / gluten items for at least a week or maybe two. Then eat something or wheat gluten in it wth. Notice how you feel.
