can anyone suggest an entry for a meal for vegetarians please / No duff. Thank you

Does it include fish? Otherwise, a goat cheese tartlet with red onion.

Mushrooms stuffed with garlic mushrooms that kind of thing!

vegetarian pate on toast, if you want to make your own I bought mine from super markets all good. pockets of pasta, cheese and spinach or? Home Vegetable Soup? Potatoes and soup leak? Crockett and Parmesan salad? Garlic Bread? Wedges with dip? ... I hope I have helped. xx

Bruschetta

Toast spread with mayonnaise and lightly toasted pesto

vegetables, lightly steamed and stuffed with a stuffing of quinoa or rice

Grilled vegetables (eggplant, Portobello mushrooms, red and green peppers, etc.) or a platter of appetizers that includes them, and assorted olives, marinated mushrooms, cheeses and if you eat them. Serve with croutons

light:
herb salad, tomotoes beef, sliced ham and cheese Veggie mozerella.
hot:
a number of homemade soups

Nice Try a tomato and basil soup.

Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella cheese, all in thin slices with a little olive oil and basil is very pleasant for a summer start.

marinated shrimp with peanuts and chilli dips are another option, but do not know if you eat shellfish.

Spinach artichoke dip is always satisfied in my circle!
a simple bruschetta on crusty bread might work ... or you can even dress shops put pesto on top of bread.
Stuffed olives or stuffed mushrooms could be good too.
If you have a little wine before dinner, just pick some great snacks to go with it - strawberries, kiwi, grapes, cheese and crackers.

Ok this is really good and take some time to cook, but they are all worth it !!!!! You should try at least!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Vegetarian Manicotti ~
8 oz manicotti noodles, uncooked (u can find them at Wal TDMA)
1 1 / 2 cups marinara sauce (vegetarian)
1 tbsp teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 / 4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon nutmeg


Cook the pasta according to package, drain.
Rinse with cold water.
Take the sauce and half the basil and oregano.
Cook 3 minutes.
Makes 6-8 servings
Spread 1 / 2 cup sauce in a 13x9 dish.
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of mozzarella, ricotta, egg, Parmesan, nutmeg and remaining basil and oregano.
Fill pasta tubes with ricotta cheese mixture, place in a dish.
Pour remaining sauce over the pasta.
Sprinkle with the rest.
