vegetarian diet and .. exercise plan? To lose weight? I am quite overweight at the moment. I am a strict vegan, and that will never change. But I can not find good vegan meal plans for losing weight. In addition, a good reliable / working on plan to lose weight?
Everyone?
I'm not trying to convert anyone to be a meat eater just health conscious. Starch, sugar, fruit does not promote weight loss, they promote weight gain. As a vegetarian, you must be vigilant to meet your protein needs. I have major concerns about soy products affect thyroid health.
I suggest you convert your diet to more of an oil-based fats (mainly coconut and olive oil) diet with much lower glycemic vegetables. Stay vigilant to meet your protein needs, but try to keep your carbs <9grams per hour. I suggest not to eat many starches that do not contribute significantly to protein needs. A significant increase in the consumption of nuts (peanuts are a legume not a nut - peanuts are fine, any account of the difference), flax seeds, chia seeds, spirulina.
Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereals, pasta, potatoes, rice) insulin release, which can store calories as fat. The more protein, more fat burning glucagon is released. The more carbohydrates the insulin fat storage hormone is released.
high insulin levels promote inflammation weight gain, hunger and other hormone imbalance. Controlling insulin levels to balance hormones and other possible human growth hormone (HGH) to produce lean muscle naturally so will be acquired, even without exercise. Any exercise will significantly increase muscle mass with high levels of HGH.
You have chosen a way of eating that you need to know a lot about nutrition and how the body processes food. I would not try to dissuade you, but encourage you to inform you fully. Weight gain is a symptom of a problem, not the problem.
I strongly suggest that chia seeds - 3.5 oz is about 500 calories, calories, half fat (rich in omega-3) and 16grams of protein full 6grams for carbohydrates and 63% DV Calcium - 95% Phosphorus - 23% Zinc - Copper 9% - 108% of manganese.
Quinoa and spirulina are also vegetarian sources of complete protein.

It's really very successful and surprising
Thank you award to David.
I won a lot of weight. Approximately 30 kg when I became a strict vegan and has been so for about five years. Now, I eat eggs and fish and I lost about 20 kg of it. I do not understand why you are vegetarian, but it is difficult to get enough lean protein without eating too many carbohydrates. Good luck ....

I eat everything, FODS real. I avoid enriched four, corn syrup, corn syrup, high fructose, partially hydrogenated oils, hydrogenated oils, artificial colors, artificial flavors, everything seems to have been created in a lab by humans and not the nature of God.
