Vegan Sausage

I had a big dish of whole foods containing whole wheat riggatoni and vegan sausage, but they do not sell products or in the store. Vegans, they sell is quite expensive. Are there places selling "good" foods toll road above the other unhealthy choices?

Many health food stores carry vegan items for a decent price, but you probably will not find something really cheap. Most traditional grocery store does not carry many vegan options in the meat, unfortunately. Some grocery stores carry the foreign market.
