Hello, I need an idea of high class vegan recipe suitable for a very good restaurant. I just got my father to take foie gras exit, and now I want to put him on at least one vegetarian dish. The restaurant serves American cuisine mixed with Asian. All along these lines might work .. I think maybe a fried tofu strips over mixed Asian? Hmmm ... suggestions?

He should file a platter of wild rice with shiitake mushroom STEAKS, reduced wine sauce, and mashed butternut squash, NAMASTE

I have some questions for you first. How does the liver fat blend into American / Asian cuisine restaurant? The foie gras is very French.

My second question is that you are looking for a drink or something between? Asian cuisine is filled with vegetarian and vegan. I am a little surprised that you have trouble finding something to understand.

Just throw in an old (delicious) dishes vegan and throw in some words like "tender medallions of tofu," "white wine reduction" and "balsamic tarragon glaze" with a price of $ 74.99. Voila! High Class Food! Best with 1956 Cabernet Sauvignon and radicchio farm fresh organic salad and chervil.

Edit: Apparently, nobody here has a sense of humor. Pity.

How about offering vegan sushi? It is elegant and beautiful veneer when it is versatile. You can include any fresh organic vegetables and brown rice that you like. Also sauces to accompany it can be endless ... a soy ginger bath or a dip of wasabi and agave example.

I have a book called The Vegan Gourmet that I bought from Amazon .. you should be able to do so at your local bookstore ... post a link at the end of this message.

The book is full of good recipes - with starters and soups to entrees and desserts. It also has menus so you can know what is going on very well together.

winter squash with toasted millet pilaf sauce and coconut chutney ...
stir fried with curry lentils with fennel and apricots ...
lima beans and shiitake mushrooms in tomato sauce ... Chili Serrano

... It also has many recipes, side dishes.

desserts such as soy milk ice cream cake / no use baxters hunny / EGSS ()
btw well done for getting rid of foie gras ducks must be fed, so while he foirce
