Kevin: So you've been at this for 23 years. What are some common pitfalls you see with a raw food or vegan diet?
Jameth: I think the number one pitfall that food suffers first is based on my 23 years of experience in raw foods with dozens of countless thousands of people is whether they are an ordinary person, they eat ordinary food, and we'll say they are sick and they immediately go first and they get well, I do think that it is ultimately a mistake. Because I see people when they "fall off the wagon" so to speak, they fall they fall hard and that they started from. So if I eat pizza and chicken regularly scheduled and regular animal products , things like that, cookies regularly, I came with the car first, doing things with the family, I'll just go ahead and eat those and then, you know, "When I do that, and end with my binge, I'll go back to being believed. "And I see many people leaving raw or simply being less healthy by going back and forth between things. Because in the first, the emphasis is so hard and so I also learned, on raw materials, he forgets all other things are important, which are a raw food diet success. And the first thing a raw food diet success - all of a sudden, you're a vegan food.
If you are vegan, all of a sudden, if you stop eating animal products, cooked or raw - not good for you, you had a huge increase in your health. Your chances of getting osteoporosis has fallen, your risk of getting cancer has fallen, and as a vegan food, your risk of contracting heart disease is almost nonexistent.
Now, all the food sense, you do not just eat white sugar, white flour and hydrogenated oils - which are all vegan, but which are all absolutely disastrous for you. A whole foods vegan would eat things like millet, amaranth, quinoa, chickpeas, you know, cereals, beans, legumes, fruits, vegetables - food real pure nature . You are also an organic food, when you tend to go raw and organic is huge. These things are only additive, and you do not eat a whole food, organic, vegan diet, you can also completely change the type of foods you eat. For example, you do not eat, say, a vegan pizza, frozen, cooked, or frozen raw vegan pizza. You change your food completely. You go to eat, say a vegan pizza frozen pizza or regular broccoli, cauliflower and fruit, and cabbage, and flax seeds, and actual foods that are completely different types of food. Thus, the amount of nutrients that you get by being a raw food, unless you are a fruitarian, is much higher. You are also often consume more water, unless you do a lot of things dehydrated, or lots of cocoa, you are more hydrated, which is extremely beneficial. Some plans include plenty of raw vegetable juice, which is extremely beneficial. And you're also eating a lot of your foods raw, that there is an advantage to have done things too early, but it's just one of many benefits.
In the teaching of raw foods, it is often taught, generally taught that there are two categories of foods, foods that are raw, and foods that are cooked, and there is nothing in between. So if you eat something cooking, so it might as well be cheese lasagna instead of lasagna with tofu, because the world of raw foods, there is no real difference. And I saw that medical information devastate people, and I saw that people have LEAV.
