Usda Prime Beef

I want to buy USDA Prime beef in Connecticut. My contact at a company wholesale died so now I'm stuck with beef choice (ECK).

I think Omaha Beef is still ongoing price business.Way though.Why not in contact with a local farmer and the contract for a feeder calf (its flow makes First (good fat))

You could try to find a local market meet. Or if one is nearby. I always buy my meat when I go home. I usually do not like meat in grocery stores where I live. Where I grew up was better.

I did not notice the diference between the two myself, but think the first is supposed to be the best.

Ask a distributor like Sysco or Gordon Food Service. They all use wholesalers, with all grades of beef. They can tell you who they use in CT
