Types Of Italian Sausage

Once long ago I had this really, really spicy sausage. I mean that in spicy hot! It was very hot and I like my food this way, nobody knows all the brands or types of sausage like that? not bc Johnsonville Italian was not hot enough! also what I had eaten an orange / red hue.
