What cut of beef is best tapas beef? I was wondering what cut of beef makes the meat tender and beautiful tapas. I marinade ingredients, I just need to know who to ask the butcher cut. Thank you for any info.
You want a tender beef cut since Tapas is not a dish cooking time for this more difficult to tenderize meat.
I recommend a filet or sirloin cut, but you can use a Rouelle is a tougher cut, but if you make thinner strips should be tender and tasty.
I would like to use sirloin or sirloin tips. They are more tender when prepared this way.
