Cooking ideas for sushi-grade salmon and tuna? I tuna sushi quality and frozen salmon in the freezer. I want to eat them raw or fried somehow. Can anyone give me some recipes / kitchen / meal ideas for a good meal or tuna or salmon, or both? I do not want to make sushi .. I did it once before and it was just too much work. haha.
Any good technique, you can add would be too great.
Seared tuna, sliced spicy ginger, wasabi and soy sauce. My absolute favorite.
Aburi tuna and salmon ... namely, just type the sides so they are like "half" grilled, and u can use them in salads. you can see what Japanese restaurants do =)
Frozen fish - will not work for sushi or sushimi 0, but otherwise Japan is marinate the tuna in teriyaki sauce (cookeryclub recipe) and seal up a bit longer pink in center, then roll them in seeds Sesame - Serve sliced.
