Stuffed BrisketHow do I cook stuffed breast of veal?

There is no cut of meat as "veal breast - breast is the meat from the chest region of cows. Would you say "breast of lamb" if so just fill with your favorite joke I add dried apricots for sweetness, roll, firmly attach the oven and roast 20 minutes + lbs 20 min. Rest before cutting
