What should I do with smoked sea salt? My sister gave me a basket of orders for gourmet cuisine, one of which was a small box Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt. Other than its use as a meat rub, what can I do with this product? I went on the website of the shop where she had and there were no suggestions of "serving" to the description. There were some recipes on the site, but none used this product.
