Seafood EntreesRecipes for Easy Seafood Entrees and Quick Sauteed Shrimp and Seafood Pizza

These recipes will help you have an entry delicious seafood on your table in minutes. Choose from Easy Fried Shrimp or Seafood Pizza Easy. Oh fiddle, why not try both? The pizza dough is formed from rolls of refrigerated and Red Crescent uses either flaked or imitation crab meat. Just bake about 15 minutes. The fried shrimp are also ready in minutes.

EASY SEAFOOD PIZZA

1 roll (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp tsp dried dill
1 tbsp teaspoon lemon zest
Half cup of cocktail sauce for seafood
1 / 2 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 / 4 cup green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
4 ounces flaked crab meat or imitation, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Unroll dough and Red Crescent to separate the triangles. On a 12 pizza or 13-inch pan or baking stone, arrange triangles in a circle with the center points. With a lightly floured pizza roller or rolling pin, roll dough into a circle, even pressing the seams to seal a piece of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove crust from oven and cool completely. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and dill. Add lemon zest to the mixture of cream cheese and mix well. Divide mixture evenly over cooled crust. Spread cocktail sauce on the mixture of cream cheese. Sprinkle the cucumber, pepper and crab meat in cocktail sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Cut and serve pizza.

EASY Shrimp Fried

2 v. tablespoons butter or butter flavored shortening
1 large clove garlic, cut into wedges
1 / 2 c. dried dill
1 / 2 pound small fresh shrimp are peeled and deveined

In a small skillet, melt the butter or fat, add the weed garlic and dill. Cook and stir over low heat until the beginning of the garlic to brown light. Discard garlic. Add shrimp and cook, stirring, over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the color is opaque. Drain shrimp on paper towels. Serve immediately.
