Sausage Spaghetti SauceMia Cucina Pazzo - Rigatoni with Sausage Cream Sauce

I love Italian food to many. If I do not cook and eat Italian food, I am writing about it. Over the years, I have created and recreated an excellent map de''My Kitchen Crazy "and through trial and error have developed very good dishes.

Pasta has always been a family favorite. It is cheap, very easy to do and seems to attract the attention of everyone. Nothing brings a family together like a great pasta dish. Over the years I have been asked several times what my favorite pasta dish was well as traditional spaghetti and meatballs.

Unfortunately, I do not feel like any pasta recipe that contains butter, cream and parmesan cheese. I know this is not very healthy, but it's so good. Pasta Recipes like Fettuccine Alfredo Spaghetti Carbonara or are definitely high on my list.

But my absolute favorite recipe cream sauce must be present Rigatoni with Sausage Cream Sauce. In writing my book "Mia Cucina Pazzo" I had to include this recipe among other pasta dishes nineteen books. It is rich and creamy and full of calories, so you should not make this dish very often, even if you wish.

Other recipes in "Mia Cucina Pazzo" include seafood, beef, veal and chicken are much healthier for you. But just for the experience, you should at least try this recipe once. Just use a little self control and you should be okay.

When I make this recipe I use my homemade Italian sausage, but your favorite sausage work perfectly.

Drain on paper towels and set aside.
In a large skillet sauted onions and garlic in butter for about 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and saute for 2 minutes.
Stir in cooked sausage.
Deglaze pan with white wine.
Add chicken broth and cream and cook until bubbly.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
In 6 liters of boiling water cook pasta until al dente. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley on top.

NOTE: Drain the pasta and mix with cream sauce.

NOTE: If you fit any of your clothes after this dish while you have prepared wrong.

I hope you enjoy this dish as much as me. I'll try to be more concerned about their future health. If only I could stay away everything that makes tasty Italian bread that you must have with all Italian dishes. It's the law.

Enjoy!
