Sausage Seasoning

I am vegetarian and I try to make my own Italian sausage with wheat gluten. I tried some recipes and the taste was not even close. So there is such a thing as a seasoning sausage pre-mixed Italian? Where can I buy it?

1 1/2T dried Italian seasoning
