Sausage Dog Draft Excluder

I saw some amazing Cath Kidson grids sausage dog draft

and I would be able to make one. I found patterns for snakes who say that you can adapt it to a dog, but does not tell you how to sew the head!

Xan you use the head of any toy dachshund stitch pattern. You may have to reduce the size of the cap project. Hey, if it were easy, Cath Kidson would not make money from it.
