sausage casings / skins, is there a supplier in Sydney that will sell to the public.? I prefer not to ask the local butcher as they make you feel that your request for gold.
Sorry I do not know about the suppliers, but the skin of sausage -
Why not make skinless sausages -
add to your mix egg white
form each sausage wrap each in a waterproof film.
poach in simmering water
Remove from water and cool in still cling.
remove hook and grill or barbecue.
