1. Variant

Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: A 6-inch Turkey sub chips + potato (baked)
Dinner: A Veggie 12 inches below

2. Variant

Breakfast: small bowl of cereal with skim milk. Black coffee with sweetener.
Lunch: Subway sandwich Turkey. Diet Pepsi.
Lunch: Subway sandwich vegetarian. Water.
Snack: apple, orange, water.
