My 4 year old just threw up (clear), it has no temp. Should I worry? he had nothing to eat before, but now having salami and drank some Kool Aid, he has no temp. but I am concerned about the swine flu? only the beginning symtom main with fever?
He also made a school trip to the farm yesterday, all children had mud on their cars when they returned
One of the main symptoms of flu fever is a fever. I would not be too worried about unless he develops a fever and has no symptoms.
