cheese sandwich with spicy mustard, raw vegetables (always the thresholds and in the fridge) and raw fruit (apple, banana, pear, grapes, berries).

The sandwich should take about 1 minute to assemble. The salad about 15 seconds to seize the container and add to your plate. Fruits should be washed (1 minute). Total time: 2:15.

Enjoy the healthy goodness of my famous copper coin Carrots:


2 pounds carrots healthy
1 medium sized onion
1 green pepper, medium
1 Can tomato soup
1 cup sugar
3 / 4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1 / 2 teaspoon salt

Scrape the carrots and cut into thin sound, peel and chop the onion, pepper cut in half, remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over vegetables in a large nonmetallic bowl. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving. Drain and serve.

You can buy kits quick meal tipping Harris, Wal-Mart, and most health food stores (FOOD LION Large)
Just add water and cook in microwave for about 2-4 minutes
