The German Franks and cassoulet? Most recipes call for sausage cassoulet of pork with garlic, but I have not any. Would Franks German? Does anyone see this as a substitute bad? Thank you
It's OK to use Franks. The pork sausages with garlic are spicier. If you can, you should try to peel the skin of the Franks.
