How can you make soup polish sausage? A recipe for cabbage kielbasa and Kim. Scroll down to see more kielbasa recipes.
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 / 2 medium cabbage, shredded
* Potatoes, chopped (I use a lot and do not peel)
* Salt (I do not use it ... and I recommend you add it later if it needs it .. it is quite salty)
* 1 / 2 c. teaspoon caraway seeds, optional
* 1-1 1 / 2 pounds Polish sausage
* 1 3 / 4 liter beef stock or chicken
* Medium onion, chopped
* Box of tomatoes (sometimes I do ... sometimes I do not) of flour and do not drain
PREPARATION:
Chop sausage and small fry (no oil it enough), then I rinse it off the grease with hot water, add to slow cooker. Fry chopped onion, add the cabbage ... fry until limp. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker and cook until ready ...
Kim Note: You do not have to fry these ingredients .... but I like the sausage ... and once the pan is dirty, well, everything goes in time. If I am a food supplement that night, I add the cabbage and potatoes, too much liquid if you feel he needs it.
