Plastic Sausage Casing

Boca Tortuga, Lightlife, Yves, El Burrito and others make great vegetarian sausages and hot dogs. Most of these appear to be coated with something, and are edible.

I researched many on the internet and only came to this: cellulose casings edible casings vegicase starch, and a coating alginous ala.

But what I can not find where I can get some of these envelopes? I make vegetarian sausage at home and use plastic boxes. You can not eat them, and you certainly can not grill them.

For small amounts I usually use baking sheets with parchment paper. For large batches I use the company below
