What are good vegetarian recipes Passover? I have a Passover Seder, and tomorrow need to know some good recipes that are kosher and vegetarian for the Seder. Fyou I know the recipe, the list or, if you do not tell me the name of the recipe and this site I can find. Thank you!
Passover Brownies
1 3 / 4 c. brown
2 / 3 c. cocoa
1 / 2 c. potato starch
1 / 2 c. oil
3 eggs
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil and eggs and
mix well. Pour into
greased and potato starch (or paper lined) 9x13 "
saucepan. Bake at 350 only
until the top begins to firm. Remove from oven and
cool before cutting.

Extremely easy!
Freeze and defrost 2 blocks of extra firm tofu. Slice in about a half
inch
marinate overnight with thyme, sage and onion powder, some vegetables
oil powdered chicken soup, soy sauce and olive oil
I made 2 boxes of stuffing .. with celery, mushrroms, onions, etc. ..
2 packages of "Turkey" sauce (meat free of course)

Broccoli and Lemon
2 lb. broccoli, chopped
1 cup water
juice of 2 fresh lemons
1 / 4 cup water
1 tbsp soup. starch from corn starch, potato or for Passover
steamed broccoli water in a large saucepan for several minutes, until tender.
In another saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly lemon juice, water, and
cornstarch until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Serve on a steam
broccoli.
Makes 5 servings.

· Easter cake with hazelnuts
12 eggs, · separated
1 aec Cup cake flour
1 / 4 ° of starch potato cup
2 aec cups sugar
1 / 2 cup lemon (grated rind and juice) ·
1 cup peanuts
Beat whites in a large bowl of electric mixer until thick, gradually adding sugar until all very steep. Put the yolks into the whites together and fight again. By hand add nuts, lemon juice and zest. Sift the cake flour and cornstarch together. Add by spoonfuls to mix, stir slowly and carefully. Turn tube 10 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 325 ~ for about 1 hour. Test with toothpick. It should come out dry. Remove from oven. Place on a damp towel for several minutes, then invert pan on a rack and let cool 1 hour.

Mushroom Lasagna
Ingredients
3 tbsp - olive oil
2 - large onions (chopped)
2 cloves - garlic (chopped)
£ 1 ½ - Mushrooms (chopped)
1 cup tomato - chopped
½ tsp Tea - oregano
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
5 - Matzoh
1 cup - Jack cheese (grated)
½ cup - Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 cup - tomato sauce
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease an 8 "square pan.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Sauted onions, garlic and mushrooms until tender in it.
Stir in tomatoes and oregano and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and set aside.
Matzoh softened by moistening with hot water for a few seconds.
Spread two tablespoons of tomato sauce on bottom of pan.
Matzoh Layer alternately with mushroom-onion mixture and cheese Jack ending with a layer of matzo on top.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over all, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for about 30 minutes.
Cool slightly and cut into squares to serve.
Makes 6 servings.
