Nutrition DirectDoes anyone want to lose weight and wants someone to help and guide them to exercise and nutrition?

Write me I am ready to help in my free time. :)

I was one of those who have been chubby all my life. I tried every diet plan that was presented. A few months ago, I saw one of my friends that I han't seen for more than six months. She had lost over 40 pounds and looked amazing. I started following his plan and I dropped 17 pounds in three weeks. You can read about his plan http://ow.ly/1tU9a.

Losing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can lose a lot of weight in a short time. And it works, but you do nothing good for your body. And there is also the effect of Jojo.
The best thing to lose and maintain a healthy weight is a healthy diet, less sugar, plenty of drinking water, and sports.
Diet is first in your head. And you've already started thinking about your diet. This is an important step. It is too easy to make a magazine diet for 2-3 weeks and lose weight. But he will return again soon. If you have more thoughts in your diet and activity, you will get a result always good. Is not it much better and healthier than a crash diet?

- Healthy Living every day!
Take care,

:-)

Lose weight quickly and a legitimate approach are almost an oxymoron. Any rapid weight loss is using

unhealthy ways, imho. I think to be careful what you eat and portion control are key. Do not eat junk

foods such as chips, candy, chips. Especially do not drink soda, even diet (there is research out there that says

those that can increase appetite).

Do Eat plenty of vegetables and lean protein, and wherever you use a product rich in fats, substitute low-fat - as

milk (I drink skim, but it is the only product I use fat free, all others are bad), yogurt, salad

dressing, cheese.

Regarding exercise, you need a kind heart, like cycling, swimming, running to burn calories and also

increase your basal metabolic rate so you burn more calories even when not exercising. How much and how hard,

depends on what kind of shape you are right now. Do cardio something at least once a day, even if it's just a

15 minutes of brisk walking.

To increase your ability, do not add more than 10% per week. As if you walk 2 miles a day, next week will 2.2. I

also use the gym. The lean muscle mass you have, as opposed to fat, the more calories you burn, and

Lifting builds muscle. It also tones what you have, and be stronger is also a plus.

I would, I am in the process for ten to fifteen minutes each day just over two weeks and eat quite healthily. This is my diet: a bowl of milk with semi Museli skin and a glass of orange juice, banana, raisins and salad, a pear, half a bottle Lucozade Sport Lite and a third balanced meal. I'm not losing weight and I really want. I am 5 feet 1 inch and weight of 110 lbs.

I do not know how you e-mail, could you send me an email?

Thank you very much, apologies for the information overload.
