Negative Calorie Diet

Negative Calorie DietThe negative calorie diet work with cooked vegetables?

I'm losing about 10 pounds before the summer and I have about two weeks left. The negative calorie diet is very attractive to me, but I have a question. If vegetables are cooked, is it still considered a negative calorie food?

They say it has to be eaten raw cuz when its cook fibers break down and your body, it metabolizes diffrently
but I cookeed some of my vegetables and I still lost a lot of weight

Catherin, recently I tried a few different weight loss pills I found one that worked really well for me, I think you can still get a free trail here

hope this helps,

No, there is no negative calories. Vegetables are very healthy in our body.

negative calories is a rumor.

There is no such thing as a negative calorie diet. All food has calories.
