Male Spirituality

Male SpiritualityMale Spirituality?

I was in "the pagan community for several years now, and I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of male archetypes. The most pagans seem to preach equality, but femininity practice, at least here.

Specifically, I recently finished books by Marion Zimmer Bradley's Avalon, and I am attracted by the mysticism of her novels. I know there is a "Sisterhood of Avalon" - my mother briefly belonged to him - but I could not find any information on a "brotherhood", or the male equivalent. I was reminded of "Druidism," but as referring to an ex-pagan "Christianity" - not a bad idea, but far too vague.

I feel a little lost spiritually for a while, and for Christians there, yes, I was re-reading my Bible, and confirming that I want nothing to do with the organizations - the Christian religion because it is not very Christian at all. On the other hand, I'm open to talk to Jesus if he wants, but he was not answering my calls ... (

There are certainly many more women than groups that are groups of men only - probably as much as the ratio of five to one, if not more. Most guys end up embedded in one of the regular groups, more often than not.

In general, you can put your nose to the groups who claim to have a road warrior / tradition - which tend to have slightly more men "representation".

I agree with the point towards Druidism (although I would still close as Celtic Reconstructionism, but I'm biased) - I have heard more than once that it is more male-centered. If you are looking for things non-CR, I recommend looking at ADF or Keltria.

Other options I would say take a look at Asatru or any other Reconstructionist religions - if you go this route, I would watch a culture that interests you, then do some more research.

If you are looking for specific information, I can try to dig one up.

I wish I could help ...

There are many churches around, but they can be difficult to find.

Repent of your involvement in witchcraft and Jesus Christ will answer your call.

1 Samuel 3:23 p.m. ........ For rebellion is as the sin of divination ........

Before I was a Christian I asked God a simple question: "God, are you real? About a year later, he responds.
Christian I am now.

Your buddies pagans seem on track. Consider that the woman is a superior form, then the male ... It creates life is a good index. Your role as a male is to serve, take a look at the human body for example - its construction work and protect. If you look at the Abrahamic religions, they are mostly plaguarised but you can still see traces of the original messages on the cult of the woman - who do you think Jesus died on the cross for humanity or belief - it was his conviction for matriachal spirituality.

Hehehe There are many feminist communities Pagani heheheee It seems they are everywhere and seem to only have access to the goddess and the male aspect is just "thrown in to make a balanced sound. In many ways, this is a game of propaganda male who was popular with the society for centuries recent years.

You may want to consider certain types of male god, there are many groups that deal only with aspects of male. Apollo is fairly common with the artistic community, many male gods of the Egyptian pantheon as Thorth and Osiris have developed in many sects estoic as the 'Golden Dawn, OTO, etc. There is also hunting lodges "in many areas which deal with the gods satyristic as Cernunnos. Thouh of general knowledge in the mystical realms as you could.
