Seriously, a question making sausage? What is the size of the cutting blades would be used in breakfast sausages, sausage and Cumberland sausage Lincolnshire?
Hmm, when I made the sausage, I never needed a cutting blade. I just throw the meat in the grinder plate mostly with smaller holes. Mix together and exchange on the mill fixation with the extruder and it's done.
