What are some of your meals low in calories? Does anyone out there have any tasty recipes low calorie? Looking to start preparing healthier meals at home for me and my family. Any suggestions would be great. It is something so difficult to find what is good for you tastes delicious too! Thank you!
I like to sauted vegetables and add the beans ... It's healthier if you soak and cook your own beans, dry (kidney, black, pinto, navy ...), but canned are fine if you drain them well .. . I do what I vegetables ... carrots celery peppers (sweet and / or hot, your choice) onion zucchini garlic cabbage .... just before they are done add your beans ... Season this dish as you want, it is versatile enough

I often eat it in a hot .. it is tasty and filling, with beans and all
portion control is key. Get measuring cups and scales. You want to keep to 4-6 grams of protein .... 1 / 2 lb. burgers are not. Replace your pasta and rice with whole-wheat versions, and replace your salad dressings with low fat and fat free kind.
