Longhorn Beef

Longhorn BeefIs it age beef safety more in the refrigerator once it has been frozen?

Recently, we had our first cow slaughtered. They let it hang for 10 days before treatment. I heard it is best to let it hang for 21 days after the fact. Is it possible (and safe) to thaw out a package of steaks and let stand in refrigerator for 10 days before cooking?
I would really like to have some melt in your mouth tender steaks as Longhorns. Oh, just in case it matters, it was a Brangus (1 / 2 Angus / half brama) Thanks in advance!

Well, we have a long line of meat eaters, but that's about all I can say about my experience here. I think it will be good. There is no way to know if you give it a try. Take the steaks frozen paper and put them in a couple of Hefty (bags whatever the freezer) and is being coldest part of refrigerator and give it a try. If meat is not bad smells or sticky film on him, I think you're ready to go. It will not make you sick. Just do not let them sit in the hot air at any time.

Oh boy! Thank you for voting. Hope your project works. Flag

PLEASE do not do that! You only need to rotten meat in your refrigerator. It is always best to cook frozen ASAP after thawing.
