Depends where you are. Here in California, the best deals tend to be in Asian restaurants like Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai. There are also some good deals in Indian restaurants. One near my house is a vegetarian buffet every Mexican Also in March can be good and cheap, but beware of fat used in beans and cheese.
Difficult. You do not have a lot of vegans working class. Restaurants that meet these annoyingly fussy eaters tend to yuppies. The food is generally high in the preparation time too, to find cheap restaurants exclusively vegan is difficult. Thank you God.
Check out this site, many restaurants across the United States, as good recipes.
