Where is the best store in New York for Passover seder food kosher? For the best kosher food pre-cooked, go to the marketplace kosher (Broadway and 91st-ish). For dry products, Zabar's and Fairway have very good selections at better prices than the grocery store kosher, but kosher food have many more choices. And like other poster said, there are tons of them.
There are sooo many kosher stores in New York ... I live in BK, and there is a ton. (Most of them have no ads, I think that is unfortunate.)
So really, it depends on the district where you are. If you call a synagogue in your district, they will direct you to the best seller. Go fast, but - Passover food sells fast enough.
If you want the best selection, definitely visit Zabar. They are on the west side, 80th and B'way.
If you just need something, all the supermarkets have all their kosher sections stocked up on these few weeks. They are usually around when you walk in too, you'll see!
Good luck!
