Kosher Food OnlineWhere online or in Birmingham, Ala., can I buy (kosher) food of Passover Matzo like crackers? + I am a vegan

I find that I'm vegan, so I'm not directed to a kosher butcher or a link to foods containing eggs unleavened bread, etc. ...

WHOLE FOODS will all

If you're Ashkenazi, who really does not work. But there are contemporary Ashkenazi rabbis who believe, as did many rabbis in 13th and 14th centuries, the concept of kitnios is too much. I know this does not seem to be on the topic, but I also know, firsthand, your dilemma.

When I became vegan, I started looking for Sephardic Passover recipes. I found that they limit only wheat and wheat products (except, of course, for unleavened bread). This helped greatly in terms of what to eat for the week. And also how and where I found both ancient and modern rabbinic objections to the extent of the restrictions we place on ourselves or that we accept others for Pesach. I found an opinion, especially from a contemporary rabbi, who spoke of Pesach is a festival and how can you have a party when so drastically limit your food choices.

I know there's not much time in which you can do that, but research of this kind of thing, and then make your own choices.

As for himself unleavened bread in Birmingham, I live in Toronto, so I do not really know. But the point is that matzah is made from just flour and water, there is already a vegan product. Remember that any other type of unleavened bread can not be used during the Seder, and why, and you'll be fine.

I think u should learn to do the way u want
k mom is a good place to start

Check the whole food or specialty stores in the region.

Try www@vermontcountrystore.com. They specialize in rare and hard to find their articles. Good luck!

Browdy's Bakery 2807 Cahaba Rd.
(205) 879-8585 Kosher is called although I can not really show the true standards of kashrut, but I know they carry a large variety of vegan and all I had was delicious.

Also, you can try TRIA Market in Homewood. They had a nice selection of kosher food vegan / and a really great store. Here is their info http://www.triamarket.net/location.htm
Soho Square
1831 28th Avenue South
Suite # 110
Homewood, Alabama 35209
Phone: (205) 776-8923

And as someone already noted Whole Foods will probably what you are looking for and if not, they can help you find it. They usually have a large variety of kosher food vegan /.

Hope this helps. Good luck
