In a kosher diet, can I mix dairy products and eggs? I am invited to a Passover dinner tomorrow night, and I wanted to make a potato salad. However, my recipe calls for some dairy products and boiled eggs. I intend to find only kosher ingredients, but I know that you can not mix meat with dairy products. Do eggs count as a meat product? Can I mix with milk products?
Thank you in advance.
