Do you have a good recipe for cheesecake kosher? I do not think there is a good recipe for kosher cheesecake
As long as you prepare it in a kosher kitchen, do not add meat products to it, and use of kosher ingredients, it will be kosher. Here's a recipe:
Cream cheese 2 pounds
3 / 4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 1 / 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (USA) or cookies (Israel)
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 / 4 cup white sugar
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix together cookie crumbs, melted butter and 1 / 4 cup sugar. Press mixture onto bottom of pan and place in freezer for 10 minutes.
3. Whisk together 3 / 4 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in sour cream until smooth. Pour over crust.
4. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in oven with door slightly ajar for two hours
