Looking for ideas for a kosher dairy cafe.? I work in a kosher dairy cafe inside the Jewish Community Campus and I'm looking for suggestions for menu items. Thank you for any suggestions. We have a panini machine, oven turbo head. We serve soups and salads. So if you have any suggestions salad, which would work as well.
My sister is a caterer and volunteers the local soup kitchen as a chef. It is a Noahite but prefer to cook kosher because of the need both to know their food because of allergies. She made too many dairy products.
Stuff the tomatoes baked with Mac and cheese with gluten-free shells. Top option: parmesan smoke
Sandwich bread toasted Kaiser: Portobello mushrooms (large caps), with grilled sun dried tomato, roasted peppers, red onions and choice of sauce or barbecue sauce, white cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
Baked Eggplant rolls served with wild rice and steamed or grilled vegetables
It also pita-bread, grilled pizzas, eggplant Parmesan (his favorite store)
Cafe-made fresh yogurt with choice of toppings kind of spicy fruit
Cheese platter with small French roll, salad and / or fresh fruit
Spanish Sister send me with egg dishes cooked with / w / o cheese she serves with salad - E-mail if you want more
She also made with chicken false vegetables used in Chinese style soy sauce

mainly soup or salad that has no non-kosher ingredients ...
I know most places in Israel sell milk bagel toaster, you get a bagel or roll and fill with vegetables and cheese and put it in the machine, sandwich, and then they also serve lasagna, spaghetti with white sauce , potatoes and sweet potatoes with white sauce, blinzes, pancakes and onion soup. and they have coffee and coffee ice cream and milkshakes ... and cheesecakes little ... I like going to this place!
I like a Waldorf salad (actually Pareve because it only contains mayonnaise, I think, of course w / apples and raisins) ... It can even be used for special Rosh Hashanah, I guess.
If you have breakfast, challah bread French is one of my favorites.
There are currently broths that you can do to Pareve matzah ball soup, I tend to do this version for Shabbat.
Cheesecake is always a favorite too, as is vegetable lasagna, spinach souffled, quiche, etc.
