How do I make Japanese noodles like they do in Kobe Steakhouse? Kobe Japanese Steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurants in time. I especially like the noodles they make. They are delicious, but how do they give them that taste? I always see chefs using a sort of gravy, but it can not be simply soy sauce. I tried it myself and it never tastes the same.
Does anyone know what the ingredients / sauces are needed to make this dish?
It must be yakisoba.

The above site gives you a recipe Yakisoba.
My Yakisoba sauce adds ketcup and powder and chicken broth.
Serves a
V. 1.5 tablespoon Worcester sauce
1 tsp tablespoons ketchup
A pinch of powdered chicken soup
Of course, it is good to buy a bottle of sauce Yakisoba when available.

depends on the restaurant you are talking about ... There are many steakhouses called Kobe, and most are different companies.
As for the sauce ... presumably his teriyaki or oyster, or a combination.
