Has anyone ever had kosher Manischewitz Borscht and Schaver? My mother made borscht and homeade Schaver but I'm going to college and he has seen on the market. Has anyone tried it and is it good? It comes in jars in the kosher section? If you've tried, he needs to spice things or added to make it better? If yes, what?
I'm not much of a cook real when it comes to soups.
Also does anyone know the kosher symbol (I forgot to check). Is this the symbol of Orthodox Jewish Congregations (Circle U) or another? What other symbols you think are acceptable?
I just want to make sure it complies with kosher food real.
I know that this question of a food in relgion but Kashrus is a religious law I thought I'd have more luck here.
Thank you for helping a Jewish schoolboy hungry LOL
Cheers!
I'm not Jewish, and I love it. This is probably not as good as your mom, but out of a pot .. is good.

I had borscht several years ago.
All I remember is that it seemed very bland.
Circle K kosher symbol.
signs are kosher ao u around him, AK with a triangle, but I heard if sometimes it is not kosher, Kaj.
Circle U is the symbol of the Orthodox Union. This is one I trust most - I do not remember the exact memory that affiliated organizations with which the symbol with the exception of OU, but I know that my family accepts him who has a coffee in a circle
I've never had the Manischewitz Borscht but knows his stuff. I like the Tam Tams with everything.
