Is it possible for a Jew to eat kosher in an Italian restaurant and order off the menu? I was watching CMT and they had "Trading Spouses" on. A kosher Jewish person living with a Christian family. It made me think about the question above.
Italian restaurants put meat and cheese at all. I eat much Italian. Would it be possible for a person to eat kosher Italian? Would they be confined to vegetarian?
No, it's not just food that is involved, the dishes and silverware! Orthodox Jews have kosher tableware for meat and dairy meals, and they are not interchangeable. Meat and dairy products can not be served the same meal, or on plates that have been already used for other .....

at most if your really hungry some might be limited to a salad on the plastic silverware.
