A recipe to make couscous with shrimp jerk? I know how to make couscous. Can you give me some ideas on what to put in, which would complement the shrimp jerk?

For me, spicy seasonings and flavors of citrus go hand in hand. This recipe called for orange and lime .... yummy
2-1/4 cups fresh orange juice
1 tsp teaspoon ground cumin
1 can (10 ounces) couscous
2 v. tablespoon olive oil
2 v. tablespoon soy sauce low in sodium
2 v. tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 / 4 cup minced fresh cilantro
2 v. tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried tea
Bring orange juice and cumin to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the couscous and cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Remove to large bowl and let cool.
Mix the olive oil sauce, soy and lime juice in a small bowl. Stir in couscous. Stir in the cilantro, basil.
chives, ginger, mango and orange. Sprinkle with pine nuts. (All these ingredients are optional)
