I heard it was possible to make homemade sausages without a machine, but using a funnel (and a lot of time!). Has anyone tried it???

I did not even stuff my homemade sausage casings. I just made an essential style and freeze it in vacum packs weighing a pound each. Sausage need not be in an envelope with sausage called.
