What are healthy recipes for vegetarians? I was not a long vegetarian, so I need to find healthy recipes. I am also a dieter. I hate the idea of eating animals. He lingered on me for years, but now the thought of it ... it makes me cry. But this is not the point. I'm looking for recipes! Does anyone know of healthy ones?
Here are some interesting sites for vegetarian recipes. I do not think you can get bored with these sites. If you find one with the meat just skip those. Especially on the site of India.
Remember good health is always in the amount you eat. Quality over quantity.

Mmmm. Roast vegetables. My favorite is the couscous with pine nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, raisins, peppers, celery, corn, and honey-lemon-herb vinaigrette, instead of water (for rehydrate couscous) So I steamed with vegetables and tzatziki sauce. Mmmm.
Zucchini Parmesan
I zucchini bread after I decide. Can I cook until tender with a small amount of oil and spray Pam. Then I coat with sauce and mozzarella cheese freshly grated Parmesan. and cook again. Delicious.
You can try something vegetarian in India. The salads are really healthy. Tasty rice is still good to eat and healthy food.
take you to http://www.vegweb.com and start looking in different categories. You can come with about 80 cookbooks of dollars in revenue.
Otherwise, see vegetarian cookbook at your local Barnes and Noble or Borders.
A good book to start, believe it or not, is Vegetarian Cooking for Dummies, who spoke on vegetarianism, and gives a number of recipes.
