Regarding the value and usability of the family are concerned, you can not beat ground beef at the dinner. Most Americans have grown up eating ground beef or hamburger as it is also mentioned. In fact, what summer would be complete without a juicy hamburger cooked on the backyard grill?

Although awareness of health, industry and fast food beef fears in recent years have caused many to turn away from consuming ground beef, there are ways to prepare ground beef that are both safe and good for you too.

Lean ground beef is low in fat and iron-rich protein, and B12, so there are health reasons to consider cooking with ground beef again. Choose lean ground beef 93% of your groceries and your revenue will be just as healthy for your family as any dish other lean beef. Not to mention the fact that ground beef is affordable and can be extended to feed more people. Another tip of ground beef that will help reduce the fat, if you choose to purchase the variety is so thin drain the grease, then rinse all traces of grease or fat remaining after cooking. Regarding the safety of cooked, ground beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

Here is a quick and easy recipe for families with lean ground beef.

Hash Brown Dinner Easy Taco

1 lb. lean ground beef
½ cup onion, chopped
½ tsp tsp garlic, minced
1-8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 tsp teaspoon chili powder
¾ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter soup
On 1 tablespoon vegetable oil soup
4 ½ cups hash brown potatoes, frozen, thawed (about ½ of a 26 oz package)
4 slices tomato
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Brown the lean ground beef with onions and garlic, then drain well. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and ½ tsp tsp salt, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Mix the butter and oil in a frying pan non stick oven proof skillet or heat until bubbly. Press hash browns in the skillet and cook for five minutes. Preheat your grill. Add ground beef mixture on fried potatoes and garnish with tomato slices and cheese. Broil a few minutes.

This is an easy weekday dinner and delicious that even more difficult will love. Add a green salad and you have a healthy meal of lean ground beef.
