Grass Fed Meat

If you are concerned about your health, you may want to think about the meat you eat and do not choose purely grain-fed beef. This is the view of the grease specialist Dr Peter Clifton from the Division of CSIRO Human Nutrition. But he does recommend its pasture fed beef fat benefits. The news comes as a surprise to a butcher who sells large packaged beef from grain-fed, and stresses that in the drought, the lines between pasture and grain have become blurred.
