Low Gi Foods Diabetes - Foods to avoid the epidemic of diabetes When choosing the types of foods you eat its very important to watch out for the types of food that causes weight gain or get your body out of balance, causing a spike in your blood sugar in the blood.
This spike in blood sugar that is the cause of type 2 diabetes and the blame should land squarely on the man made products. Then we begin to think of foods with low glycemic index to help our bodies enjoy the constant flow of fuel without the sugar crash.
The low GI foods have little effect on your blood sugar in the blood and the types of foods that are low GI are fruits, vegetables, whole grains and bread and brown rice.
There are some types of foods you can use to help increase your weight loss and help you stay out of pre-diabetes. Two of my favorites are the cinnamon and bitter melon Chinese, both very powerful weight loss properties to lower bad cholesterol and improve insulin resistance.
Chinese bitter melon has become a popular food for people with diabetes and was recently tested with surprising results and some raw fruit or the extract can help get your blood sugar blood under control.
The food is popular spice cinnamon, and taking the order of 2-3 teaspoons a day is enough to help you burn more body fat and prevent diabetes. If you do not like the idea of taking cinnamon powder, you can easily get your cinnamon per day by drinking a cup of cinnamon tea and even add a little honey to stimulate further weight loss.
