In Miami, FL and I recently went to Flanigan and had the best steak soup ever. Does anyone know the recipe? It was at the Bar and Grill Flanigan Miami, FL. The 87ave 12 St. NW and I want the recipe so that I can do at home.

1 pound ground beef - browned and drained
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup carrot - sliced
1 / 2 cup onion - chopped
1 / 2 cup celery - chopped
1 can beef broth - College Inn
14 oz can chopped Italian tomatoes - with juice
1 cup water
1 tsp teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 / 2 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
ground beef, remove from pan and set aside. Add to same skillet, oil, carrots, onion and celery, cover and cook until vegetables are tender about 5 minutes. Gradually add beef broth and tomatoes, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. ground beef in skillet and bring to a boil and simmer about 25 minutes. Stir in frozen peas and parsley and simmer 5 minutes more.
NOTES: This is wonderful served with black bread like pumpernickel.
Steak Soup
Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1 stick butter
1 / 2 cup flour
1 / 2 onion - chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
2 pounds of beef consumed boxes
2 cans beef broth
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can corn
Preparation
Melt butter in soup pot over medium heat. Add flour and stir until bubbly. Continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Add consume, broth, onions and tomatoes.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef and drain.
After 30 minutes, add ground beef and frozen vegetables.
Return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
