What are easy delicious vegan recipes? I'm not a vegetarian now, but I want healthy, delicious recipes for vegan easy as you like. Thank you very much!
Bean tacos:
taco shells, corn tortillas (warm)
vegetarian refried beans (the heat)
lettuce
tomatoes
onion
spicy
can also add shredded carrots or whatever you want

Stir-fry vegetables:
powder just sauteed some vegetables you like, add teriyaki sauce or just curry powder, onion powder, garlic
put sliced almonds on top (if you want, you can broil in oven until they brown a bit)
can be eaten with rice, if you want
that one is not as easy as tacos because you have to cut vegetables, but you can also use frozen fried (plain) vegetables if you want (not quite delicious, but easier)

bean burgers:
refried beans or canned whole beans mashed with a pestle until
Crushed crackers or bread crumbs
onions
any seasonings you like (onion powder and garlic powder as)
Shape into patties, fry in a little oil, place on a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard

ok heres one
SPICY VEGETARIAN CHILE
1-5 habanero peppers (your heat preference)
4 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 Granny Smith apple (takes the heat out of the habanero)
1 red onion
½ Spanish onion
2-3 cloves garlic / add more if you want
4 tablespoons olive oil / more or less, you
January 28 ounces tomato sauce
January 6 oz can tomato paste
2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 can red beans
1 can black beans
1 can pink beans
4 tablespoons black pepper or to taste
4 tablespoons of salt or to taste
8 tablespoons chili powder or to taste
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
6 tablespoons sugar (a tomato acid)
Peel and grate the carrots with the large end of the grater. Repeat with the celery (do not peel me) and Granny Smith.
Cut the onions and mince garlic. Remove seeds and cut peppers into small pieces Habanero or large, your preference.
Sauted garlic and onions for about 7-10 minutes. (Note: be careful not to overbrown garlic!)
Add the grated carrots and celery and cook another few minutes.
Add spices, beans, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Leave dough to dissolve into the sauce, then add sugar. Then add the chopped Habaneros and simmer for 20 minutes.
If you use 5 this chili is super hot. If you like this way forget the Granny Smith. Add Granny Smith apple and cook for 10 minutes. The Granny Smith gives more body and thickness results Chile.
Give five liters.
Serve and enjoy.

Spring Rolls VEGETARIAN
20 sheets spring roll sheets
2 carrots
1 cabbage
1 cup dry flavored soy mince
300g beansprouts
salt pepper
oil for frying
DIP:
soy sauce
vinegar
Shred carrots and cabbage. Add beansprouts. Soak soy in a little water until moist. Add the soy mixture, salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap into spring roll sheets and then fry in oil.
Delicious with a soy sauce and white vinegar dip.

2 cans of vegetarian refried beans (Rosarita brand)
