Easy Sausage Balls

I need a good recipe and easy for sausage balls. Also wants a good recipe and easy for sweet biscuits. Thank you!

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 c Bisquick powder
2 c Cheddar cheese


Instructions

Grate cheese and let it return to room temperature (or grate it at room temperature). Mix (by hand or with a fork or a spoon) with the Bisquick powder and the sausage meat (crumbled). Form balls of bite-size, about 3 / 4 "diameter. Cook on a sheet or a baking dish at 325 F for about 20 minutes.

Sorry I have not the recipe with me at the office! However, there is a very good recipe for sausage balls on the Bisquick box mix.

Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
2 v. teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
In another bowl, combine and mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix flour to butter mixture 1 cup at a time. Refrigerate dough for 3-4 hours.

Roll out dough and cut out shapes with cookie cutters or a knife. Brush with milk and sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake on a baking sheet or parchment lined sheet pan in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes depending on size of cookie. Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
