1 / 2 cup of the sauce CATTLEMEN ® Honey Barbecue
1 / 4 cup teriyaki baste and glaze sauce
2 tablespoons FRANK'S ® REDHOT ® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 tablespoon grated peeled ginger root
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon oil
1 boneless sirloin steak pounds, cut into thin strips
3 cups of chopped vegetables like broccoli, celery and carrots
Combine barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce and brush glaze, FRANK'S ® REDHOT ® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, ginger and garlic oil aside.Heat set in a large nonstick skillet or wok until very hot. Beef Stir-fry for 5 minutes until browned. Add vegetables and sauted for 3-5 minutes until crisp tender.Stir in the barbecue sauce mixture. Stir 1 minute until mixture is glossy. Serve with rice, if desired. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion, if desired.

1 lb. Steak Round Top, partially frozen
LG 3. carrots, sliced diagonally
2 v. green beans, fresh or frozen
3 / 4 c. beef broth (beef bouillon cubes use)
1 can mushrooms
2 med. onions, sliced

4 c. soup. barbecue marinade terikate and oil for frying Sauce
Cut meat diagonally into thin strips of grain. Pour the sauce over and marinate terikate when preparing vegetables.
Place oil in a pan, stir fry beans until tender, add carrots, onions, then put the meat in a little at a time. Mix meat and vegetables. Add mushrooms and beef broth. Stir until hot. Serve over rice.
****** Beef Stir Fry Sauce
500g beef strips fried
2 v. balsamic vinegar
2 v. tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 v. tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
bunch spring onions, sliced on the diagonal
200g grilled peppers Antipasto oil or vinegar, drained and sliced
boiled rice, to serve
- Marinate meat: Put meat in a medium bowl, non-metallic and cover with vinegar, soy sauce and Worcestershire. Marinate for 20 minutes, or if you have time, overnight.
- Saute: Heat a small dry wok until it is hot. Tip of the meat, marinade and spring onions, cook 2 minutes. Add the roasted peppers and sauted 2 minutes. Divide the stir-fry between the bowls and shallow serve with boiled rice

2 v. soup. vegetable oil, divided
3 / 4 lb. of meat substitutes (choose one or more)
1 medium onion, chopped
A clove of garlic, minced
1 tsp tea. grated fresh ginger
4 cups vegetable possibilities (choose at least three)
1 / 2 cup chicken broth or beef vegetable
2 v. soup. soy sauce
2 v. tea. cornstarch
1 / 2 cup ingredient bonus (your choice), optional
Meat or Alternate:
Boneless, skinless chicken, cut into strips
Boneless beef strips sauteded (flank steak, sirloin, round)
Boneless pork, cut into strips
The raw shrimp, peeled
firm tofu, cubed
possibilities of vegetables:
Green or red peppers, cut into strips
Carrots, sliced thinly
Broccoli, broken into florets (stems sliced)
Zucchini, sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Cabbage (or Chinese), sliced
The bean sprouts, rinsed
Celery, sliced
Snow peas, halved
ingredients added bonuses:
Peanuts, coarsely chopped
Cashews, whole
toasted sesame seeds (do not use more than 1 tablespoon).
Crispy noodles

Cooking Instructions
Before you begin cooking, place all ingredients into bowls or plates so they are ready. Once you start cooking, it will all go very quickly, you will not have time to cut or cut anything.
