Easy Beef CasseroleEasy and Tex Mex beef stew-fast meal with corn and Strawberry Ice Cream Sundae Pie

If you are a busy cook on a budget who want to feed your family good healthy meals, here is a meal plan for you. If you are a parent with little ones who want to help us, Beef Casserole Tex-Mex is a good recipe for your family. If you're browning the meat, small chips can be put in the bottom of the pan. They can "start" and "finsh" the pot by also adding the grated cheese to the surface. And remember, kids love to eat what they do. Kids also love the mini corn on the COB, then it would be a simple and quick dish. For a simple dessert, serve a tart strawberry ice cream sundae. It is so simple and fast. Allow to freeze while you're eating dinner and he is ready to impress your family. It is simple and delicious. This menu is also suitable for diabetics by making some adjustments on the cake. Use ice cream without sugar, chocolate syrup and whipped topping.

MEX-TEX beef stew

1 bag of Dorito chips

1 lb. ground beef

1 can Spanish Rice

1 can refried beans

1 medium onion

1 small can mushrooms, drained

1 can tomato soup

1 / 2 jar taco sauce

1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese (more if desired)

Cover the bottom of an oven 9 x 13 inch pan with chips. In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion until beef is no longer red and onion is tender. Drain and rinse with warm water, and drainage. In a medium bowl, combine rice, beans, soup and taco sauce. Pour mixture over beef and cover with shredded Mexican style cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling pot.

While your cooking pot, steam the corn mini. Serve with butter. Children seem to love these little ears of corn and they are just the right size for little ones.

Strawberry Pie ice cream sundae

1 graham cracker pie crust

Cream 1 quart strawberry ice cream, softened

chocolate syrup

whipped cream

chopped walnuts

Choose ice cream to soften when you get home or are ready to begin dinner. (The tart can be prepared in advance and kept covered in the freezer for several days.) Spread softened ice cream on the pie crust. Return to freezer to reset. Before serving, cover the ice with whipped topping and drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Enjoy!
